32nd Ave South is shitty part of town

Last year someone described a "Black Cougar" to police as the vehicle driven when all those windows got shot out just south of K-mart on 15th st. Had a nice chat with Fargo PD for about 2 hours on that one, mine's blue assholes. Anywho sorry to hear that man there is a lot of bad stuff going on down in that area of town. Wierd thing about fargo is there is never really a ghetto for very long, there alwas is but just when you start calling it ghetto or what-have-you it moves to another area.

Hmmm...and i occassionally leave my garage open and cars unlocked w/ no problems...of course, the PTZ cameras in the garage would catch any would be thieves anyway...

I lived in that same building for 2.5 years and the one to the north of it for 1 year. A LOT has changed over there in the two years since I've been gone. It's pretty easy to tell when you drive by and 25 kids are playing in the middle of the parking lot with no adult supervision. That was an AWESOME neighborhood when I lived there.
