Been trolling the forums long enough, maybe I should introduce myself some.

I don't think I know anybody on here - though I've met a few of you, actually. I was born and raised in Fargo, moved away, came back.. could be a lifer. we'll see.

Vehicles - currently have a '92 Integra, sans timing belt, haven't checked the extent of the damage yet but I was going 70 when it snapped; 89 mazda b2200 with an electrical problem I haven't tracked down yet (drives great, but all my lights seem to be grounded together - signals, brakes, reverse, corners, tails, and no good explanation); '80 honda cx500 in the middle of a facelift when this all happened.

The past - doesn't matter, it's in the past..
'90 grand prix sedan, engine destroyed BY MICE, replaced, totalled by suburban.
'89 grand prix coupe, money pit, spent $8500 in under two years, sold for $400.
'85 honda accord, best car I ever owned, hands down. 86 furious ponies.
'69 buick lesabre, got about $200 worth of the $600 I paid - before it stopped moving.
I feel like I'm missing something.. '84 accord parts car, drove 1/2 mile, parked it.

Current plans - maybe fix & sell the integra, maybe just fix & drive it. If possible. Don't really have the funds right now. I want to lift the truck back up to stock height, maybe rake it a little, but the wiring thing is keeping me from driving it legally. Finally bought some leaf springs for the rear. The bike is probably going into storage soon, but I want to put the stock headlight & turn signals back on it first.. had a huge mismatched fairing when I bought it. More wiring fun. At the moment I'm relying on my own two feet to get from point A to point B. No camera for pictures, sorry. I'm lo-fi. heh.

On the plus side I've got an extra head already, 70 bucks.. mine was in good shape though, still under 90k on the engine.. sad. Have most of the parts for the timing belt change, was going to get it done the weekend it snapped. eh.. karma for hating 98% of the population, I guess.

and I live in an apartment, one parking spot, no garage.. so right now it's "Redneck back parking lot at work yo." heh.

I'd advise getting a new water pump and stuff while the timing belt is already off.

It's no big deal...happend to josh (1990tsi) twice on his DA beater...just threw a new head on each time and it ran like a champ.
