I29 tonight

anybody know what was going down on I29 tonight at about 9? they had the northbound side blocked off from 12th ave to 19th ave and an ambulence sitting on the southbound side. there was nothing in between where the cop blockades were leading me to believe they were waiting for something.

there werent any cars though in between and there wasnt anybody in the ditches or on the sides of the road.

Rudy Giuliani is supposed to be in Fargo on Nov. 14th. Maybe they were running drills or something for that.
