WHAT A FUCKING DUMBASS!!! This kinda shit just pisses me off. It's wackjobs like this that people base stereo types off of and give other gun owners a bad name. What, the fuck?!?!? I mean sure, you have a right to have a gun, you have a right to use it to defend yourself, but opening up on people that you don't even know weather or not they're armed because they're breaking into your neighbors' house, who you don't even know that well?? Fucking retard....

Fucking retard....we had a talk about this at work today, and i guess in Texas if u feel that your house or yourself are in danger you can shoot to kill to protect yourself. and if his neighbor told him to watch his house then it falls under that law. there is a lot of states that have laws like that.

Yeah I was talking to someone else about it, and i guess it's like that in texas, florida, and some other states, if someone is breaking or entering, on your property it's perfectly legal to shoot them.
This guy seems a little to trigger happy though... "The law changed in september", sounds like he's been pissed off about his neighborhood and has just been itching to shoot someone ever since...

I think it's great. More people should shoot to kill in situations like that.Exactly. They would have been out of jail in 3 months probably and back out robbing houses again. Obviously the Police down there are worthless because he was on the phone for what...8 minutes...and they still hadn't arrived? Good riddance.
