where did people learn to drive?

Easy...because EVERY morning that there is snow/ice there is at least 1 or 2 people in the ditch who were traveling too fast (sometimes still well below the posted limits....saw it this morning...dude slid into ditch in a fwd Buick while going about 35-40 mph...his ass end whipped around on him w/ zero warning) So everyone behind him taps their brakes...Say I slow down 5 mph, the guy behind me slows 7mph, guy behind him slows 10mph, etc, etc, etc... next thing you know, traffic stops damn near.
Was it the light blue 80s pos that was on the 29 north onramp from 94?Btw- lady+oversized luxary suv= trouble.
Not bad to look at though

Its like every time it snows their brains reset and they suddenly don't remember how they got around last year. Thank god I work nights and don't have to deal with that BS anymore I94 westbound at 8 am was hell the last couple of years. Even if its a little slick you dont need to do 35, just pay attention and slow down a little 20 mph under the speed limit is a hazard to others just as much as 20 mph over is. If the roads are not that bad, and i constanly test them with my right foot:D, I'm doing 40-45 by the time i get to the bottom of the exit, if not faster. if I hit the interstate and you're doing 20mph under the limit, because your a moron and dont realize the roads arent that bad, you are a hazard to me and i will then want nothing more than to see you slide off into the ditch because you drive like a drunk 3 year old.

The last time it snowed, one punk high school kid in a beat up Civic tried to race me on ice down 42nd st.
Last week, some lady in a huge Excursion tried to pull a U turn on 32nd ave with traffic coming at her less than 100 yards away. Apparently, she thought her giant truck had the turning radius of a small car. She made it half way before she hit the far curb and blocked traffic, had to back up, and finish turning.

Some guy in an blue Expedition almost hit me when I was driving to Target the other day, didn't even look or stop at the stop sign, I sped up otherwise he would have nailed my door.

I was on a small road by MSUM, by Nelson hall(all of the roads by MSUM are shit right now BTW) and this dude just pulled right out. I've seen tons of shitty drivers and funny accidents so far since it snowed. I'm pretty sure people's IQs drop when the snow does.

My Corrado has been handling the snow pretty well, I'm surprised. If I didn't have the blizzaks on it for the winter I'm sure I'd be screwed.

Driving a service truck blows. I can't yell at people for doing stupid shit, or I get called in..
what's with people "stopping" for red lights.. in the middle of the intersection, blocking traffic?
or driving down the turn lane on 25th for three blocks straight? (from before 30th ave, turned left on 32nd ave)
or taking a right turn all the way across to the left turn lane, then changing lanes all the way back to the right without signaling just to make another damn right turn? Is it too much to ask people to just KNOW WHERE YOU'RE GOING AND HOW TO GET THERE BEFORE YOU GET ON THE ROAD?this was all in two minutes, by the way.. I have to deal with other people on the road all day when I'm not dealing with them personally. I can't tell you how many people I hate just because of the way they drive.

I had been since my honda was broke...if u know what u're doing 2wd trucks aren't that bad...the last time I drove a truck all winter I probably put it in 4wd 3 times that whole winter...
What kind of 2WD truck? I'm talking about a little Nissan pickup that would lock up the brakes stopping from 1/2 mph, and forget about trying to get going again. -
Fools try driving a rear wheel drive car with 265mm wide cooper cobras, that hits peak torque, over 275 ft//lbs, at 2000 RPM. And I still have no problems getting around. If I can find grip with that combo in a North Dakota winter maybe I sould be a race car driver.
