Then do it. Otherwise, I'd suggest Brandon take you to small claims court. If you spent the money w/o delivering the product, you have committed sales fraud. I happen to know a few good lawyers if Brandon needs one.

Agreed, why can't you just give him the money back?Cuz we want/need the parts from the car (Do u know how hard it is to find a full D16Z6 swap and a virgin P28 these days...), and would not be able to go out and buy them for what we'd be getting back for the price of the car...that's why...

He would get a judgement against him and eventually they would start garnishing his wages if it came to that.

Meh, it seems fair to me to just have him pay you back, it makes no sense to have him give you the value of the parts you wanted. -
So josh if your going to bitch people out about not getting the shit that was agreed upon, Where the fuck are my DSM injectors? Since you happen to not respond to any of my pm's.

you may wont to look at the car first if you get it back scoty didn't leave much there an't even a full swap there just a motor with no dizzy, ecu, and valve cover so the top end been open to the weather this whole time and i think he took the wiring for the swap
