Silver WRX on campus

Today was the second time they almost ran me over on campus. Pedestrians have the right of way, especially in a crosswalk on a green light. If you're on here, next time I won't hesitate to call you in. I already have your plates written down. There's no need to be constantly ripping and red-lining around campus while there are thousands of students walking around.
Silver WRX, dark tails, loud poppy exhaust, maybe BOV. Possibly the one with the CF hood.

Last semester he was in the pay lot in the center of Campus by the ECE engineering building. He also drives by my work a lot too, looks like a wigger white trash driver...

i will have to admit that i have slid around the corners of NDSU near the library and down to about the Newman outdoor field. but it was around 3:00 in the morning. but those roads are fun when theres limited traction...
