These criminal Case records are of state court record only. So missing violations (for instance like freitags) would probably be a municipal case and or city of fargo case.

Yes and no, SD has one but you have to register to "pacer service center" and it will cost you $0.08 per document you look up. Although i think its a national listing but dont quote me on that (i didn't look into it very hard).

I know rite. I totally forgot about this thread. It's fun to look up all the people you know, especially now that theres the link to the MN one.
