      I go to West Fargo Fitness center and I take suppliments....I take 2 Protein shakes during the day 30g's each(speed up metabolism) and then I take 1 before and 1 after with Glutamine (muscle recovery)

            courts, ymca, theres a raquetball building in south moorhead somewhere. thats just a few i can think of off the top of my head, im sure theres more.

                  yeah the moorhead racquetball club, i was just checking with other options. I will really only be playing from march-may...so i dont really want a membership if i dont have to.
