No, dumbfuckers standing in the middle of the road got hit by an uninvolved car. Nature culling the heard again. It had nothing to do with the actual street racing.

Big deal! People were dumb enough to walk into the roadway during a race. AND, it was the dumbasses that got killed that were hit by a car that wasnt even associated with the race. I dont feel sorry for them. They were there, they got hit. That is not associated with street racing. Its simply another way for the press to associate death and racing, so that they can feel good about themselves. I guess those 8 people deserve so much more press and recognition than the thousands of people that get killed everyday right? cause it was street racing?

Sure thing and had there not been a race there there would have been no people to stand in the middle of the road. It was the fault of the driver of the car, for not seeing them, and the fault of the people standing in the middle of the road, for well standing in the middle of the road, but like I said no race no people

Umm, I hope I am watching races when I am 60 years old instead of pissing my life away drinking coffee all morning with a bunch of other worthless old guys. But I do agree with everybody about racing not being involved

couple odd quotes from the article:

About 50 people were watching the race, Gaines said, and she saw the Crown Victoria approach without its lights on.

Police interviewed the Crown Victoria driver, but no charges were pending, Copeland said.

                          ..end quotes.

Sounds like somebody has some friends on the force. You better believe this driver deserves to be charged with something.

I totally agree, though, WTF are 50-some people doing ON THE ROAD watching a race, in the wee hours of the morning? When they find the drivers of the cars racing, are THEY going to be charged with manslaughter for somebody else's mistake? I feel kind of bad for the families.. but seriously. big WTF.

One person thought they saw the Crown Vic without its lights on. Until they can verify that there is nothing to charge the guy with.
