It was the fault of the driver of the car, for not seeing them, and the fault of the people standing in the middle of the road, for well standing in the middle of the road, but like I said no race no people

Sounds like somebody has some friends on the force. You better believe this driver deserves to be charged with something.

I totally agree, though, WTF are 50-some people doing ON THE ROAD watching a race, in the wee hours of the morning? When they find the drivers of the cars racing, are THEY going to be charged with manslaughter for somebody else's mistake? I feel kind of bad for the families.. but seriously. big WTF.
