This thread makes me ashamed to be a BMW owner.
There is no production BMW that is a worthwhile car in a straight line. There's always something faster that costs less if you want to drag race. Drag racing or street racing in a BMW is stupid. That's not what BMW is about.
If you're going to drive a BMW, it's fine to drive it like it was meant to be driven, but do so safely.
Visit www.northstarbmw.org to see when the next Teen Street Survival or Advanced Car Control Clinic is. Chances are, I'll be instructing at either event, and we can have a good time without getting arrested or endangering anyone. You'll learn way more about your car and yourself than you ever will by acting like a doofus around town in Fargo.

Another guy in a black srt4, no plates, no exhuast, also tried racing me for about 2 miles on main ave yesterday.
also seen thurmanmerman doing burnouts in a minivan on 32nd ave.

Alright, i will tell you all on fargostreet my honest to god truth.....i do drive irresponsibly at <u>times</u>, i will admit that.....but i am looking forward to driving around with the more mature drivers on this forum, i don t have a fast car like some of you and i dont want to be classified as the dumb ricers on this forum. So what i am asking right now is that i would like to meet some you on here(not the dumbshits), the ones that actually put their hard earned time into their cars and see what they have accomplished. I know i can drive responsibly, especially when i am with the better guys on this forum. All I am asking is acceptance to drive with you better drivers.......I apologize for wasting some of your guy's time reading my post, but i meant ever word of it......
