so today.....

well a few months back i got into an accident and didnt have my insurance card in the vehicle. in west fargo if you dont have proof of insurance they give you this little card and have you send it in with all your insurance info on it within 5 days, if you dont your license is suspended. i did that the next day. well i was following kingricer to his new house and we both got pulled over for "care required". the cop gave me my ticket and as i put the car in drive he asked me if there was any reason my license would be suspended i said "no why" so he told me it was. he told me to put the car in park and step out. he then handcuffed me and took me to jail. booked with a DUS. i never got a letter from the state or anything tellin me my license was suspended and i do and did have current insurance on my vehicle. so i showed him all of it and he told me they will drop it in court.... but its still fucking gay.

at least he was nice enough to park my car instead of having it towed.

Do you have proof that you filled out the card? if so, it should be dropped right away. If not, they may still issue some sort of a ticket....ask me how I know.

never once got banned. no i didnt drop the soap dan. and ya i know horrible idea following frietag his car is really loud and attracts cops.

I know more than one person who have got a DUS in WF and it was not an extra 6 month revocation. It was 30 days and 4 days in jail.

Unless things have changed (and they may have for all I know) a DUS in ND is a 13 point violation and you regain 1 point per 7 days that your license has been suspended....so if Max's record had, for example, 6 points on it already and he got another 13, he would have a total of 19 points which would take 8 weeks to clear before his license would be reinstated.

The last i heard on getting points back it takes 3 months to get 1 point back, but i could be wrong i guess.

that is if u dont get another ticket fro the last one you got, then you are correct. other then that chuck is right also! trust me on this, id know!!
