I know more than one person who have got a DUS in WF and it was not an extra 6 month revocation. It was 30 days and 4 days in jail.

Unless things have changed (and they may have for all I know) a DUS in ND is a 13 point violation and you regain 1 point per 7 days that your license has been suspended....so if Max's record had, for example, 6 points on it already and he got another 13, he would have a total of 19 points which would take 8 weeks to clear before his license would be reinstated.

The last i heard on getting points back it takes 3 months to get 1 point back, but i could be wrong i guess.

you are right but what chuck is trying to say is that your license is suspended for 7 days for every point over 11 so if say i had 6 points and got the dus then my license would have been suspended for 56 days.

yup....to get points back on a non-suspended license it takes 3 months FROM THE LAST INFRACTION.
