Damn, that's crazy. I've seen this pictures before, long ago, but they were dismissed on forums as being fake. Amazing there isn't more blood, but I'm assuming his brain smashed into his skull, causing his death, and not an external hemorrhage.

If I see you coming up on my tail at 150mph, I WILL pull into your lane and slam on the brakes. I get high on that type of stuff...gets the adrenaline pumping you know...will he make it or will he not? That is the question. Remember, in ND if you rear end someone it is ALWAYS the fault of the trailing vehicle. ALWAYS.

I see where you're coming from, but that rule did not hold true for someone I know b/c roadrage was involved.

Although I'm not a lawyer, I also don't think the same rules would apply if you knowingly swerve into another person's lane with the intent to harm. I wonder if Mr. Jamz would slam on his brakes if a car/truck/semi were speeding behind him?

Here I was hoping for a cited source, linked so I didn't have to dig. While I generally would agree, I disagree with the statement that it's always the rear-ending driver's fault. Who is to say someone doesn't just slam on their brakes in front of another car in order to cash in on insurance/sue?

ND States that whoever rear-ends a car ahead of them REGARDLESS of how it went about, it's ALWAYS the person that hit the persons fault. I'd know. I got brake checked, rear-ended the lil bastard and it was "my fault".

I have before and will gladly do it again. However, I've never seen a semi doing 150mph on the interstate.
