Damn, that's crazy. I've seen this pictures before, long ago, but they were dismissed on forums as being fake. Amazing there isn't more blood, but I'm assuming his brain smashed into his skull, causing his death, and not an external hemorrhage.

I see where you're coming from, but that rule did not hold true for someone I know b/c roadrage was involved.

Although I'm not a lawyer, I also don't think the same rules would apply if you knowingly swerve into another person's lane with the intent to harm. I wonder if Mr. Jamz would slam on his brakes if a car/truck/semi were speeding behind him?

he slams on his brakes so fast/hard he creates a rip in the time space continuum directly behind him... swallowing the driver and his car...
