i'm surprised no one mentioned looking on ebay or craigslist. if i were trying to unload some hot property, i would put it on ebay first and craigslist as a second choice. although, if they are reasonably intelligent, they'll probably wait a couple of weeks before trying to sell anything to anyone other than immediate acquaintances

My guess is the stuff will end up on onlinecarstereo.com or woofersetc.com as they are notorious for buying "surplus" items that somehow have lost their serial numbers.
-
Guarantee, eh? so where are you selling it?

yeeeeaaaah, not funny, but i'm leaving it up there.
I figure it's still worth keeping an eye out for anything related. That's all. I've run through ebay, craigslist, the new farmooronline thing, nothing. It's a lot of shit to move, though, and something's bound to show up somewhere eventually.

Ok....Little update for those of you who love buying online. The DC1100.1 was sold online by....... sonicelectronics.com I am told. They sold the product and w/ the DC series amps they have no external gain/x-over/etc... controls and can only be programmed via laptop....which requires software, which was not included by sonic, which prompted a phone call to Zapco from the customer who gave them his serial number which was traced back to being a stolen item. Sonic of course has no idea how they got this stolen item, the customer is stuck with an amp he can't program/tune, and I still don't have the amp back.

Did sonicelectronics give you and info on the seller??? that would be sweet if they could/would.

they don't know where they got it from....they bought it as a "lot" of merchandise

Wow! you'd think a buisness would know where there money was being spent. I mean i can't go to the store and buy supplys for my job without having a receipt to track where that money went. sounds, like an excuse to me (on their part).

Loads of electronics and stereo equipment stolen, hmmm. There hasn't been any packs of black civics roving around town has there?
$150K in merchandise from SOS, that's just insane, let alone the $11K stolen from you.
Every time I hear this I cringe, people to lazy to work for a living stealing from people who work there ass of for a living to get something they really want. Hope things turn around soon and you find something out.
