Nasty Ass Storm

It was a bad ass lookin cloud. i was at moorhead high school stadium watchin the liberty game, that cloud was gettin closer, by the time it was halftime the sirens started goin off and it looked pretty sweet.
what i get a kick out of was everyone in the parking lot at the game freaking the f out. first of all theyre just sirens, we've been through these 100 times, when you start seeing rotation in the clouds is when you book it.
the people who call into the radio for updates are the best though.."we're at southside kmart and we hear the sirens"...no shit, the entire metro does

That was one bad storm! I was heading into fargo from barnsville on interstate when it hit. My wife and i had to pull over under a bridge because the wind and rain was coming down so hard. I heard a tornado was on the ground up by gardner and then i heard on the radio there was another twister on the ground sound of star fireworks going through a field. Yeah that wall cloud was mean looking.

yes it was a huge shelf cloud, but, beneath it was a clear rotation, as you can see in some of my pictures you can see the inflow, and a pretty defined wall cloud, although it fell apart fairly rapidly once it was over the moorhead area, it was fairly nasty looking either way you see it.

Awesome pictures here dudes that took 'em. 'Twas a fun storm!
And lol @ the pink shirted chick out for what appears to be a stroll with ominous storm clouds approaching.

can't help but think of Independence Day for some reason when seeing that picCrazy. That's exactly what I thought when I looked at the first of FG2's pics. Looks like the alien ships will break through the cloud layer any moment.

Yeah. It would really, really blow if there was hidden, buried alien technology just waiting for its builders to return in order to attack/kill us all.
The horror.

We were just getting to the Hub when the sirens started going off. The clouds were pretty crazy looking but we didn't really think anything of it. However, once the sirens started, the Hub locked the doors and wouldn't let anyone in. Apparently, they didn't want to be liable if anyone was hurt in their establishment during a possible tornado and felt it would be better if we were hurt waiting in our car in the parking lot. haha
