    Get some washers with the hole a little smaller than the brass fitting . Stack them one at a time and try to weld them to the easy out. Build them up high enough until you can get a vise-grip on them.

    7.64 @ 187 3400 lbs. on KORN

                      The nut may or may not work. It is harder to get tip down in there for good penetration and without melting the surrounding area. I always use washers, fill them in completely then stacked another one etc. until built up enough for the vise-grips.

                        I got it last night, I tried welding to the ez out and would not hold, must not have been enough material to weld to. I didn't want to do any drilling and risk metal shavings in the oil passages.

                        What I ended up doing was using a punch and pounding the ez-out through the fitting till it fell in the block. Then I torched the fitting with the intake off and used another bigger ez-out and backed it out really nice.

                        Getting the chunk of the old ez-out out was interesting though. I ended up modifying one of those telescoping magnets to fit through the oil sender hold and got the piece out.

                        I was a happy guy last night, as I got the truck running and my $150 TBI 350 I baught is one hell of a nice motor, looked brand new in the lifter valley.
