Bike Accident on 25th

I KNOW the motorcyclist was riding a wheelie. You are assuming she had a cell phone...so I am going to assume that he dad asked her to fill his escalade w/ gas @ Holiday before he would un-ground her and give her her cell phone back.

You think by instict, you would first check to see if the guy was alright, and if he was non-responsive, you'd call 911... That is what you would think anyways...Panic has a weird affect on people...as does the site of blood/brains. She saw it and freaked. She shouldn't have ran (if that is true, I didn't see that part) and at worst should be charged with fleeing.

I might be wrong...might have only been 70 mph....my radar-vision isn't what it once was...I need to be recalibrated.

She shouldn't have ran (if that is true, I didn't see that part) and at worst should be charged with fleeing.I know my first instinct wouldn't be to call 911, but I know I would at least go & check on the motorcycle driver. Seeing all the blood and guts and stuff would probably make me panic.. But in most cases of any accident, it's always proper procedure to call 911, for at least a statement of the accident even if both parties are uninjured.
I learned from the past, when I thought it was my fault, to realizing it wasn't my fault, to going to a wash, where we both broke even. Luckily I had less damage, so I know whether the accident small or large, always call 911 for a statement.

i believe that in the book your supposed to read before taking your permit test, it tells you to contact the proper authorities in the event of an accident. she must not have read that part.Isn't fleeing an accident like that an act of a felony?
If so, I'm sure she wouldn't be charged with a felony, and it woudl be reduced, but I know what she did there, couldn't of been legal if she had ran like it was stated. -

Like I've already said, yes I have. But you guys are making all of this really hard to believe. 80mph on one wheel on a busy road?Try 80mph in 1st gear. On a new sport bike it's cake to do an 80mph wheelie, pop the clutch and you're up, 80 comes as fast as you can twist the throttle.

BTW, where is the source for the girl running away? Sounds like hear-say at this point.

Hell even my buddy whos on here crashed a scooter cause somebody cut him off on a one way and he ended up paying severely because of it. No where close to his fault at all.Sounds painful.
Anywho the guy who hit me was around 26-27...He was in complete shock, had no idea what to do. I had to tell him to call 911...That's a 26-27 year old...compare that to a 15 year old girl who's main focus in her life is buying new clothes and figuring out which flavor of lip gloss to buy.
Sucks that he lost his life but from all the news reports and first hand witness' it's pretty evident of what happened..Even Chuck, he is my hero :icon_thumleft:

OMG, some of you are getting so butt hurt about this. OH NOES DONT TALK BAD ABOUT THE BIKER! when he was the ONLY one doing something OBVIOUSLY dangerous and illegal.
your all hell bent obsessed with try to come up with ways that its her fault and your getting carried away. it went from maybe she shouldnt be driving that car to " shes inexperienced , waaay to youmg, prolly texting, all of a sudden she has a car full of freinds, and she was distracted" not of that has been proven or even mention officially.
who cares the actual mph he was going its the fact that he HAD to accelerate quickly to put it on one wheel, no how is she really supposed to expect and compensate for him accelerating that way? i have planty of driving experience and wouldnt be able to judge where that bike was going to be.
reshuaganel(sp?) twisted angel, link , your all making such ridiculous accusations all i can do is laugh. use some common sense and pull your heads out of your asses

and anyone who says she should have stuck around and checked on the guy otherwise shes a bad person is fucking stupid, shes a 15 year old girl! who didnt ask for some idiot to smash into the side of her car with his head.
whats she supposed to do give cpr to a guy with no head? kinda obvious she isnt gonna wanna sit around and look at that.
-
now i feel bad for the guy dont get me wrong, i understand that bad timing happens and that messing around in a vehicle also happens, but to even TRY and put this on the girl is so stupid.
so she decided to pull out at the EXACT same time that he decided to be and idiot and put it on one wheel, she could have gone from having plenty of room to turn out to have ZERO time with the way bikes accelerate. especially when putting it on 1 wheel.

lmao, thanks Hjermstad...
I was the one that posted about the girl running home...It is COMPLETELY hearsay and I stated it as that...I consider the source to be decently reliable, however it may be exaggerated(you know how gossip at the office flows...). The guy knew the girls name and all the girls names in the car(well atleast it seemed, he could make up names and it wouldn't make a difference to me lol), as it appeared to be his kids friend.

I'm sure if he was on two wheels going near the speed limit this wouldn't be a thread even. No accident
