Bike Accident on 25th

I drive the road every single day. I am well aware of the intersection. He accelerated early and was traveling (by my estimate) 80mph on impact. Bikes can get to those speeds quickly, right? Is it not possible that he was distracted with doing something other than paying attention to the road in front of him (balancing maybe...staring at the speedo perhaps?) and just plain ol' fucked up.I wanna know where you pulled this "80 mph" crap from? Are you just the world's best at eyeballing linear motion from over 400 feet away with buildings blocking half your view? Here's a free physics lession for you:
I'm just estimating an '04 600RR can accelerate 0-60 mi/hr in about 3.2 seconds. So, the distance from 32nd Ave to 30 1/2 Ave is about 300 feet -- give or take a bit.
Using Vf = Vi + at we can solve for his acceleration.
Vf = 60 mi/hr
Vi = 0 mi/hr (he took off from the light at 32nd heading north, as you say)
t = about 3.2 sConverting 60 mi/hr into feet/s we get 88 ft/s --> solving the equation as 27.5 ft/s^2 or 8.382 m/s^2.
Using Vf^2 = Vi^2 +2ad we can solve for his final velocity.
Vf = unknown
Vi = 0 m/s
a = 8.382 m/s^2 from above
d = about 300 feet or 91.44 mSolving the equation and correctly converting we get a final velocity over an estimated 300 feet as 39.15 m/s or 87.576 mi/hr. However, this is ignoring any friction and assuming he's a perfect rider -- not likely.

Yes!!! Good points spanish rice!!!! LINK do us a favor and pleaze shut the fuck up already! What more do you need than 1 he was speeding 2 he was doing a wheelie 3 he caused an accident and someone got killed. Yep the girl was apperently baking cookies when this happened.

In this case, as far as im concerned, it doesnt matter if it was a suv or a f***ing brick wall that was in front of him. It should be his fault! Had he not been driving twice the speed limit or more, wether it be on one wheel or two on a busy street maybe hed have avoided the accident. That being said, it is sad that he lost his life.

I'm not even gonna read through the 10 or so pages I skipped, but here's what we know:
The guy wasn't wearing a helmet and was speeding (according to The Forum), both mistakes he was in control of.
The girl wasn't paying attention. I don't give a shit what anyone does or doesn't say -- if the guy was ripping on his bike it's going to be audible in any car on the road. Unless she had the stereo thumpin' to the max, you're going to hear a sportbike at 10K+ rpm coming at you. Plus, any motorcycle bearing down head on is going to be difficult to see and judge the speed of, just because the front cross-section is so small. It's very difficult to judge the speed of a small object, especially if you're a new driver with any kind of distraction.
So, moral of the story? Don't fucking speed on a sportbike on one of the busier streets in town and pay better attention to what the fuck you're doing. You can't tell me a 15-year-old chick in mommy and daddy's big, expensive shitbox is paying attention to traffic 100%. Sorry, not gonna buy it.

i do believe these are my main points of all my bitching, but yet no1 cares to believe anything besides it being the bikers fault 100%.

Lots against him eh?Lets see..
- He was doing a wheelie
- He was speeding
thats it. 2 things isn't lots. nice try.
if you weren't a retard, you would realize that back on page like 15 i stated that EVERYTHING in this thread is pure assumption. so how about you go on and bitch about every other opinion someone has on here while your at it? Ok cock bag? kk thanx bai!
Do cops give tickets for friends, changing cd's, cell phones?no?
Then give it the fuck up, whatever she was doing, according to YOU, was not illegal.
Whatever he was doing, which is pretty much in all witness reports, is illegal.
Get it through your thick skull already. Enough with this driving defensively. If youre going to drive like a jackass and a hot shot, take it out to the country road. Not Fargos busiest street in the middle of rush hour.

Did i say they give tickets for doing them things? No. So you shut the fuck up bitch. I simply stated all them are 100% pure distractions. If you disagree, your stupid. end of story.
learn to read.

Noted.So you've never texted, talked on the phone, changed cd's, etc. while driving?

Ok. So...here we are on page 34 and everyone is still saying the same thing they said 15 pages ago. Everyone, and yes EVERYONE is basing their decision on assumption. I don't care if you were there and saw the whole thing. Were you in either of the drivers heads? Do you know exactly what was going on with either drivers? No. Yes, he was speeding. Yes, he was doing a wheelie. BUT...nobody knows if he saw her or if she saw him. NOBODY knows except for THEM. And now only one of them is here to tell the story so the whole thing rests in the hands of a scared 15 year old girl. So you can all fight and bitch like little sallies until there's 50 pages of this bullshit or you can all deal with the fact that they were both more than likely at fault, but since the guy has 2 strikes against him at this moment, the girl will more than likely be let off. But for all of you who are saying it was the bikers fault just for the pure fact that he was on a bike, get your heads out of your asses.
Oh yeah...and if you wanna start shit with people...why don't you do it to their face rather than online? Everyone's a tough guy on the internet right?? Pathetic. -

First off, relax. It's really noticeable that this kind of "bike hating" get's to you.Second off, why the hell are you putting blame on the girl if what she was doing, according to you, was perfectly legal? I see what you mean by avoiding the accident--by not pulling into the line of a biker going 70-80 mph in a 35 mph zone, and you've already admitted he deserved it. So theres no reason for you to retype that.
How many times are you going to contradict yourself on your argument until you give the fuck up?
-
HAHA i love your comebacks, classic shit. all you do is repeat your weak arguements and say the same things over again, you sound like my 7 year old brother trying to argue. repetition does not make you correct, thats 7 year old logic right there. for how many times youve said the same thing over and over you would think youd understand how stupid you sound.
anyone in a caddy with even talk radio on at a REASONABLE level wouldnt be able to tell the difference between 35-80mph. her experience as a driver has nothing to do with this AT ALL, his expience does. he is 100% at fault

Bottom line is take away the excessive speed and the wheelie this whole thing could of been avoided.
