Bike Accident on 25th
-
Ok. So...here we are on page 34 and everyone is still saying the same thing they said 15 pages ago. Everyone, and yes EVERYONE is basing their decision on assumption. I don't care if you were there and saw the whole thing. Were you in either of the drivers heads? Do you know exactly what was going on with either drivers? No. Yes, he was speeding. Yes, he was doing a wheelie. BUT...nobody knows if he saw her or if she saw him. NOBODY knows except for THEM. And now only one of them is here to tell the story so the whole thing rests in the hands of a scared 15 year old girl. So you can all fight and bitch like little sallies until there's 50 pages of this bullshit or you can all deal with the fact that they were both more than likely at fault, but since the guy has 2 strikes against him at this moment, the girl will more than likely be let off. But for all of you who are saying it was the bikers fault just for the pure fact that he was on a bike, get your heads out of your asses.
Oh yeah...and if you wanna start shit with people...why don't you do it to their face rather than online? Everyone's a tough guy on the internet right?? Pathetic. -

Did i say they give tickets for doing them things? No. So you shut the fuck up bitch. I simply stated all them are 100% pure distractions. If you disagree, your stupid. end of story.learn to read.
First off, relax. It's really noticeable that this kind of "bike hating" get's to you.Second off, why the hell are you putting blame on the girl if what she was doing, according to you, was perfectly legal? I see what you mean by avoiding the accident--by not pulling into the line of a biker going 70-80 mph in a 35 mph zone, and you've already admitted he deserved it. So theres no reason for you to retype that.
How many times are you going to contradict yourself on your argument until you give the fuck up?
-
HAHA i love your comebacks, classic shit. all you do is repeat your weak arguements and say the same things over again, you sound like my 7 year old brother trying to argue. repetition does not make you correct, thats 7 year old logic right there. for how many times youve said the same thing over and over you would think youd understand how stupid you sound.
anyone in a caddy with even talk radio on at a REASONABLE level wouldnt be able to tell the difference between 35-80mph. her experience as a driver has nothing to do with this AT ALL, his expience does. he is 100% at fault

Pathetic.Who gives a flyin fuck what was going in their heads!!!!! If i was standing RIGHT THERE when it all went down you god damn right im going to put the blame on him!! Bottom line is take away the excessive speed and the wheelie this whole thing could of been avoided.

because maybe he would be alive right now if the girl had more experience driving and didn't have the distractions. ever think of that or you gunna just continue believing its 100% the bikers fault? ur prolly an ignorant one who will believe it's all the bikers fault. if so, to each his own. i believe otherwise. don't like my opinion? then don't fuckin read my posts. got it? kk thanks. We can look at it from the other side too, if he had not drivin like a idiot he wouldnt have hit the suv. Im not a biker hater, just common sense tells you if your gonna ride like a fool in traffic, it might just catch up with you. Im sorry, if infact he was doing a one wheel wonder at exesive speeds, than im not going to see it as anyones fault other than his, And yes she may be an inexperienced driver, but i just dont see her being at fault, he was the one acting irresponsibly.

How long is it going to take for you think-skulled assfucks to get the picture that it isn't 100% the bikers fault.
If you get my point about avoiding the accident by being a more defensive driving and the distractions, how about you stop jumping on my cock and telling me I'm a fucking idiot.

Try 23

And I didn't tell anyone to fight over it. I just love how everyone turns into a badass when it's all being said over a computer.

My point being an accident could have been stopped regardless of his idiotic behavior if she would be more experienced. More experience would tell you not to pull out in front of someone driving like this.
Spanish - Then don't waste your money and just ignore me. It's simple. Dumbass. Classic comebacks eh? If it's so repetitive, why do you think-skulled dumbfucks not see the picture? Mental retardation kickin' ur ass? If so, I feel bad for you.

Uhh you meant it'll turn out to a fight, or else you wouldn't of said--talkin shit. Yeah, like we're all going to meet up and discuss this.I could give really 2 shits less about this whole ordeal to be honest.
A. I already have summed up my opinion on all of this- Its the bikers fault for driving like a moron, and the biker apologists are trying to put it at fault of the girl for being on the wrong street at the wrong time, and should obey to what stupid actions the bikers doing.
B. I didn't know the guy or know the girl at all so it doesnt affect my life. It also doesnt change my view on most bikers.

Explain to me what I dont get.I get what the biker was doing is illegal
I get what you said the girl was doing is legal, including pulling out onto 25th.
What else am I missing?

- Inexperienced
- Distracted
- Could have prevented an accident with more experience

Inexperienced- not illegal
Distracted- not illegal- having friends, cell phones, texting, changing cd's isn't illegal
Im not even going to get into the 3rd one cause youre just grasping for straws now.
Go take this to the state of North Dakota if it bothers you so much that 15 year olds can drive leg
ally. The guy would be just as dead and just as at fault if Juan Pablo Montoya was the one in the escalade.**
Edit: isnt it funny how you point out to Spanish-Rice that he cane only come up with 2 reasons the biker caused the accident but you can only come up with 2 reasons why the girl is responsible for it as well? I dont know, that was just kind of dumb of you to point out, no?**
