Bike Accident on 25th

So here's what i think happend... guy was riding his bike at normal speed... magic fairies picked up his front wheel and drug him fast though the intersection... Then some gnomes blindfolded the girl and made her swerve to hit him....

What if shes

A.) Deaf
B.) She heard the bike(like I do ALL over town), but didn't know which direction it was coming from...or she heard it AFTER she was in the intersection and had to shit can it to get out of the way...

What if, she saw that his bike had a Paradise Audio sticker on it, and being the good citizen she was, decided to pull in front of him to try and stop him and question him about the sticker.
