But to be realistic, none of us know what truly happend, technically all anyone is going by is speculation and what they've heard... She saw the girl cut, not only the motorcyclist, but another car off as well. If she cut another car off, she obviously failed at yeilding or just plain wasnt paying attention.

Yes it does. He was being an idiot. We already gathered that information.

But from a witness who saw the end part of the accident (which chuck stated he did NOT see), more information as become available to us. From chuck's statement, all he saw was that the biker quickly accelerated and lifted the front wheel up. Thats it.

Look at any case. Not EVERY witness comes forward the instant something happens.
