Not how I was brought up, no.. Do I like what a lot of them have to offer? Yes (Rap music, styles, sports, etc.) But I don't think even Obama relates to that as much.

You just informed me of more information I wasn't really aware of on how I don't relate to him. -- I believe the ways of how people are raised effects the decisions they make. If a normal citizen was raised by like let's say the Taliban and came over here, and was qualified with knowledge of running state & govt., and had great ideas that you agreed with.. Would you still vote for him?? You'd worry about some of the ideas/lifestyles he grew up with would effect his decisions and how they don't relate with your own.

I don't even really plan to vote.. Since the poll % favor Obama heavily in Minnesota. They both have good ideas/plans. I like how McCain/Palin want more domestic oil.. I think that will be huge for us if we can be more dependent on our own resources versus foreign oil. I think the prices of gas during the summer choked us all out of our extra spending $, and even put some of us in serious debt and tightened up spending. Which led to deliquent accounts, high balance credit cards, and foreclosures. (I am not saying high gas prices has had a direct & major impact on the following issues, but, you can not argue against they had no impact at all..)They both plan to push for alternatives energy -- but neither will have an immediate impact.
Democrats push for another stimilus check (not the republicans) the Republicans did it first.. I think a stimulus check would be better than tax cuts.. I would probably save that $25/30 or so as a cushion so if I hit a hard week I can make it through (and I am sure so will a lot of others) Want to get a burst of spending? Do a stimulus check.. Jump-start the economy, not teaspoon feed it..

It has nothing to do with the color of there skin, it is where they are raised. That is why all the crime where I am at is from young white kids.
