I know I saw this car posted on another forum (NA I think), but I can't find the thread. If you think the car is ugly now, wait until you see past pics of it. That thing has come a long way! From what I remember, the guy used to live in western ND and moved a while back.

you can do everything in the world to a mitsubishi mirage, but its still a mirage.
People that do these things drive me insane. they dump all this $$ into a bucket, and expect it to be something that its not. It looks very nicely done, no fault to great craftsman ship....but its a MIRAGE! :icon_scratch:

^ That's a pretty retarded statement. There's a big difference between the Evo and an everyday Lancer.
It's kind of like saying, 'Yes, the Evo is just a Lancer, but the SRT-4 is just a Neon.' But the Evo is miles ahead of the normal Lancer whereas the SRT-4 is still a pile of shit.
And a Mirage will always be a pile of shit, regardless of what's done to it. Still says 'Mirage' on the title, which means it will never be cool.

The thread on NA had something to do with how big of a POS this thing used to be and then how nice it was now. If I remember right it used to be straight rice.

the difference is my car came this way, and this persons is a mirage w/ 4g63 swap ams turbothisandthat. and mine is still stock....for the better part of it.
i wasnt faulting the work, it looks awesome. but its still a mirage.

I like it. that is a dumb statement saying it is just a mirage. I think the swap is nice and the car looks amazing minus the front bumper.

Its a nice looking car. Yeah its a mirage but look at all the swaps other people do and say its just this and just that, most are still really nice if that mkaes sense haha.
