Pop-ups?

This morning I clicked on a thread and it kicked me out into some popup thing. I'm using firefox and trend micro antivirus/antispyware, its up to date.

My antivirus just reported i had trojanzlob.z, which logs keystrokes. Not sure if I got it here or if it was a coincidence.

I downloaded this thing called SUPERAntiSpyware and it worked very well. At least its just a temp fix til i get the flash drive i ordered so i can backup my sh*t and reboot this bitch
