Anyone else looking forward to the blizzard?

so, to pour another glass or to not pour another glass....
Eventually the jag is going to overtake the red bull and I'm going to crash hard.
I almost felt bad when I was talking to the people that got stranded. I'm standing there in the hallway wearing shorts and flipflops drinking a cold mixed drink and these poor bastards are shaking uncontrollably. I thought about inviting them in but I didn't want to get raped tonight.

A city motor grater drove down my street earlier this morning with the blade down, so the street is actually ok.
2 dudes were walking down the middle of the street because it was empty and the sidewalks are totally blended into the yards.. there's not even a dip where the shovelled sidewalks used to be. It's normally a busy street but I've seen maybe 5 vehicles driving down it all day.
My wife hit the grocery store yesterday to make sure we'd be fed this weekend. It's pajama day at our place.
If the drifts freeze solid some people will be in bad shape. My Audi is pretty good in the snow but its a bit short on ground clearance and too much plastic for me to want to "go plowing" in it.

I'm glad I didnt try to go back home this weekend... I can barely see my car in the driveway... Our yard suprisingly has like no snow it it, it's all in the neighbors yard in the form of a 5-6ft drift... It's so windy my roomates bmw has snow inside it (and all the seals are just fine)... we also have drifts inside the garage...
I sure wish I had this for a winter beater:

I laugh at people who think that you have to have a 4x4 truck to even get to the corner gas station in the winter.

Some dip shit pulled the fire alarm in the apartment building next to us, down here on 14th Ave S, as a prank. I'm sure the FD was really pleased with that. Some peoples kids.
There's about a 8-10' drift in front of our building also, and a fair amount of traffic "trying" to drive down the street. Also saw some people running down the street and our next door neighbor said they saw somebody out jogging this morning too.
