I think the whole forum should bow down to you actually because you have a 98 integra with 600+whp and even with your fatass driving you still managed a 10.8.
    Wait, who cares.

And like i said before, i find it funny people making fun of 60k when hardly anyone on here makes that. Last time i checked making $10 an hr and working 40hrs per wk all year you hardly make 21k. And im guessing maybe 1 out of every 100 people on here are making $30 an hour. LOL

You are such a fucking dumb shit, my god

I work at Home Depot, does that make me less of a person... i definitly dont have a hard time making it on the measely 25k that I make. anything more than that is just play money. I'm sure if that if I didn't have the expensive ass habbit of modding cars, I could afford a house. But hey, whetever floats your boat.

And have fun buying a house on a single income of 25k...I actually LOL at that one. Sure the house payment is only $600...but what about when your furnace fails, or your roof starts leaking.......the $200 a month in electricity...the furniture to fill it...etc etc etc

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!

where can you even find a house in fargo for $600 a month? unless its a trailerhouse. Or you had $100k to put down on it.

I don't know about Fargo, but Moorhead has a first time homebuyers thing, no money down, low interest rates. My sister and husband just bought a house like 2 years ago and it's like $575 a month. Don't know if the program is still going on, but not a bad deal. I know what you're saying tho lol...
