i got a minor in grand forks at a concert for holding a beer while my g/f took her coat off and put it on the chair... they didn't see me take a drink out of it at all but i had been drinkin at the hotel before, took the test, failed, got booted... went up to court got fine left... your an idiot if you think you can sit and fight it because you wanted another one...

I dont think hes asked any questions that have been to stupid. I mean he just wanted to know his options. He never said he was trying to get out of it hes wanted to know about retesting loop holes so he could say he blew lower and the judge would be leinient with him.
And to be honest they dont care what you blow lol. I know people with minors from blowin .01 . And you can blow obnoxiously high and at worst they might give you an alcohol eval like i said...

i have seen people blow .01 and get minors, and i have been to parties where they give everybody warnings for blowing over a certain limit and just wait for everyone to get a ride home...or to another party.
i have been in both situations, and another when i pulled over and put in the back of a cop car and was let go since the cop went to bust the party i was at. yes i was drinking, and the cop never asked untill he made me take the field soberiety test, but i told him the truth.
i would say, since you have already gotten the minor...just pay it and call it a day.

finally someone understands. and yes i know i stated earlier guys i know its zero tolerance. a chick there blew a .01 and got a minor. but the lower you blow the less likely you are to have to take classes and get raped with fines. you nailed it! you know what the cops tell you isnt always true. its always nice to know what you can and cant do. because when i got my minor in moorhead the judge said out loud that being i didnt blow high they didnt think i was binge drinking and didnt have to take classes. its always good to know everything you can about the law. and ive been in a lot of those situations too, one time they just told everyone to drive home, another time everyone got loud party tickets. a few times they have just said to keep it down. if any of these clowns paid attention in government they would know what im trying to say.

Do you seriously think a "bigger" maybe even "national" forum will give a shit about one guy in fargo nd trying to find out about minors? This is a local forum who else would know better about local court systems? You can save yourself alot of time and money if you know what your getting into when you go to court.
