white integra with triple decker wing

There is this guy that lives in the apartment complex across the parking lot from me that has an integra with a triple decker wing and blue underbody lights that show terribly. He has a south dakota license plate. Anyone know him?

I met the guy outside of a Taco Johns one Taco Tuesday, told me he has a bunch of turbo plans for it coming (heard that before). I thought the wing was disgusting. And it was 4-door which kinda sucks too.

sorry to say that i installed that monster of a wing... i forgot the guys name its a gsr though vtec doesnt work (check enginelight is on) yea gross underbodys
