I got this in my email a few days ago.....

Reported Offense: Public Indecency

Location: Campus Center West Parking Lot and Center Street

Time: Monday, February 23, 2009 - Between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Description of Crimes(s): On today’s date it was reported that on 02/23/09 an unknown male suspect driving a champagne colored, older model SUV in the Campus Center West Parking Lot near Center Street (South end of the Stadium), stopped the vehicle, opened the vehicle door without exiting, exposed himself, and masturbated in front of a female student. She then observed the vehicle drive across Center Street and stop in the alley way behind the House of Black Culture.
The suspect once again stopped the vehicle, opened the door, exposed himself, and masturbated. The victim was unable to provide a detailed description of the suspect or the vehicle. The Westerville Police Department has filed a report and is investigating the incident in conjunction with the Otterbein College Security Department.
