They said 41-42 with the potential to goto 43 last week and it didnt even get to 41.

What gives you confidence in their prediction when its 3 weeks away?

FARGO - The Red River has a strong possibility to rise again to historic flood levels this month, the National Weather Service said in a news conference this morning.
The weather service said there is a 75 percent chance the Red could crest at 41 feet between April 15-22, a mark that would top the epic 40.82-foot crest last Saturday.

Yeah everything that I have seen about this second crest mid-April was under the circumstances that there would be heavy rainfall.

Unless it rains a lot, I'm not going to sweat too much.

maybe someone should ask JOEL. he seems to know a lot about predicting crests and all. subject matter expert.

Just in your first week at home depot they teach you about all kinds shit about rivers and floods and shit. Its just too bad i missed that class when i was there.

The NWS predictions are always off anyways...maybe we should have a contest to see who is the closest for the second crest.
