They said 41-42 with the potential to goto 43 last week and it didnt even get to 41.
What gives you confidence in their prediction when its 3 weeks away?

Just in your first week at home depot they teach you about all kinds shit about rivers and floods and shit. Its just too bad i missed that class when i was there.
