Hrm, my violations:

Excessively large exhaust tip, check! It also rattles at 1000rpm, no idea why, but it's really annoying. It also looks like my car is trying to squeeze out a big silver shit.

Rediculous paint job, eh does the front half still in black primer count?

Rice bounce. My stock suspension is completely hosed.

Visible duct tape. If you look hard enough, you'll see it.

Metal oxide styling. Just on the front quarters. Since when is rust rice tho?

Other on car not so equipped. DX badge? There isn't a whole lot of DX left.

I do have a pretty sweet ricer shift knob and short shift kit. Black crap was getting on my hands from the stock one.

There's so many things on that citation that shouldn't even be considered rice.

Weed eater exhaust - Hick pipes are apparently OK then.
Self applied window tint - no if done right, yes if done shitty.
overuse of chrome accessories - not rice just poor taste, also depends on the car its done to.
Stupid vanity plate - that's just nitpicking, I guess the SUV with SOCRMOM on the plates is rice then.
Visible duct tape - not rice but redneck.:D
Rims exceed value of car - sorry but that's nothing new.
Display of Japanese words - I guess every import is rice based on the name of there manufacturer then, if you mean kanji then say kanji.
Use of misspelled words - not rice just illiterate, apparently.
Stereo exceeds value of car - also nothing new.
Stupid smelly tree on mirror - to bad they've probably been around longer than the person that originally wrote this joke.
Thumping bass to mask weak engine sound - more nitpicking, yes I just spent $1000 for a stereo just hide the sound of my engine, maybe I just like music with a lot of bass.

And no I'm not taking this to seriously, I just thought I'd point out a few thing that I felt didn't belong. This was apparently made by somebody who hates imports. You can kind of date the joke by what's on the list also, I haven't seen a neon license plate on a car in years, I know they still sell them though.:)
