                you can't adjust the hz at which you weld ac with.

                  the reason you cant adjust the hz is because it does it automaticly for you.

                      The documentation for the Precision Tig 225 says it has auto or manual wave balance.
                      Still... $1500 is the going rate for this welder used.

                        Its really no different then setting your machine to max amps and using the pedal to vary heat, thats what its there for!

                        You cant buy something new and not expect to take a loss on it. Used is used, nobodys gonna pay you what you paid new when they can go buy it new themselves NEW.
