Very inconsiderate. I'm going to have to agree with Traffic Jamz and say, imagine if we dropped you in the middle of somewhere else, and said that you were forbidden from speaking english.
Most of these forgeigners in the midwest that I've met, have made a great effort into integrating into our society and speak english very well. If they wish to speak there foreign tounge with each other or individuals whom speak the same native language, that is fine by me.

Trust me it's not jealousy, it's just sheer anger, he could be a tall white Scandinavian like myself and I would feel THE exact same.
