moron in a stealth

i was driving to work at about 7:30 and some moron in a stealth was racing through traffic and cutting everyone off in sight... even through the construction. i kno driving is fun but come on... eventually someone in a red neon got a little too upset and literally rammed him off the side of the road. it was quite the sight to see. just wondering if anyone knew of such a character?
