i would any graphics shop could install that.
i have used sign pro, and sign a rama before both were great to work with.
sign a rama i think has better pricing.

So it looks like sign shops are the place to go, I'll call around in a few days and check prices. I wouldn't think that anyone will turn down business, I'm not looking to spend more than $75 though... Anyone else?

Naw I haven't called anyone yet, I won't be in town for a few more days thus I don't have a Fargo phone book.
I'm more looking to find someone thats independent and just wants to make a few quick bucks, but still does great work. And yeah I'm this much of a cheap ass...

Duh?? Exactly why I'm asking if people can give recommendations... I'm not about to take it to Billy Bob down the street and have someone fuck up my $50 sheet of vinyl (lol) because I'm in college and broke as fuck. And I've looked at a DIY for this and it's definitely something I don't know how to do well enough. I just want it done well and as cheaply as possible / thread.

this isn't billy bob, all if not most of these places have done this stuff so many times it's nothing to them to do it. but it takes skill. so go to one of the 5 places mentioned already and quit beating around the bush.
