To boost a vr6 24v to high numbers yes if not more than 10k. Any vr6(vr6 2.8 12v, vr6 2.8 24v, 3.2 24v that's in the R32) is not cheap to build. VW's make someone poor as hell. Lol

FWIW, I have a lowly WRX that will be finding its way out of my garage pretty soon....it's damn near stock, so I'll fit right in.

Yes a lot of them do come with a 1.8t or now the 2.0t but when u have the chance to get a jetta with an engine tht they only made for 2 yrs. And a O2M 6 speed tranny its hard to pass up. Don't see a lot of the vr6 24v's

i probably would of got the vr6 over a 1.8t because of the sound but i do like my little turbo

Oh for sure. Vr's sound sick as fuck but get the right exhaust on a 1.8t and those sound sick as hell. VR's are stonger motors. 1.xs have coilpack problems

yes they do i just replaced mine in may and just went threw 2 of them in the last week..

so I just went for a drive and saw a silver wrx with bronze/gold wheels and there was stickers on the window tht said 375tx or something like that. I can respect that car cuz its just so subtle and clean. I also love the missfire sound of boxer motors. So all you guys tht think I'm rippin on all subi's I'm just clearing thing up for ya.
