Despite having a horrible o-line to protect him, Rodgers still threw for 384 yards, 2 TD's and 1 Int. Jared Allen lit him up plenty of times but he still stood in there and was pretty consistent on getting the ball moving with accuracy (26/37)

GB also held Peterson to just 2.2 yards per carry on 55 attempts, held favre to 271 yards passing, though he did throw 3 TD's.

Ryan Grant went for ~5 yards per carry, though was grossly under utilized as an RB in my opinion.

With a healthier line, I think the game would have been a lot closer and I'm not convinced that if that last onside kick would have gone GB's way, the outcome of the game wouldn't have been different.

Long story short: Good game MN, it wasn't the blowout that I thought it would be w/ Favre/Peterson racking up a huge lead.

            if.

            but.

No, Green Bay is light year's behind Minnesota and every Packer fan knows it. AP has a piss poor game and the Vikes still dominate. The Pack will go 7-9, 8-8 if they get lucky.

Aaron Rodgers did a pretty awesome job in my opinion. The better team won, though. Jared Allen was unstoppable (4.5 sacks), let alone the Vikings Defense as a whole... 8 sacks. And did you SEE that Goal Line defense?!?!?

IMO the Vikings absolutely dominated the 2nd and 3rd quarter. They let the Pack get back in it, through some stellar play by Rodgers. A very rare AP fumble gave them 7. Two onside kicks went our way. It could have easily been a much closer game... but I'm still basking in victory. Good job Green Bay, but close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.

ok it was a rare strip. usually he just drops the ball nicely on the ground for the other team to scoop up.

Anyways, the packers couldnt compete with the vikings. they made Favre beat them and he did. Aaron rogers did well but he still didnt do that good. how many times did he drop back and not get the ball out on time? thats why he gets sacked and hit 50 times a game. Tjack does the same thing except he still cant make passes like rogers can.

One of my favorite plays of the game was Rodgers' fumble in his own end zone. Packers challenge and it gets turned into a safety.

well, we would've had 1st and goal on the 1 since we recovered the fumble.

                          giving up 2 pts>7.

Packers came back in garbage time to make it close...childress just shut down the offense in the 4th quarter.

My favorite play was the bomb Favre threw towards the end of the game, when they shouldn't have been passing. He had a huge smirk on his face afterwards.

That was the most retarded play possible in that position. Why would we throw the bomb instead of running it and punting to keep the clock moving? Green Bay had 0 time outs left iirc.
