2nd Annual Car Show in Sept!

Originals CC presents the
2nd Annual Childhood Cancer Awareness Car Show

Where: Culvers on 13th ave in s. fargo

When: Sept. 11th 2010

Time: Registration 8am - 11am
Show runs from noon - 5pm
Trophies will be awarded at about 4:45pm

Cost: $10 per car/motorcycle
$5 per bicycle

I know its a long ways away but we are just excited that we finally got a date set and that way if people want to come that gives them enough time to take off from work if they want to. We got some more sponsors and still more to come but i dont want to spill the beans just yet on that. We are hoping to get more cars there this year than last. We had 70 cars/bikes entered and raised $2891.
That is all for now, i will keep this thread updated at the weeks and months go on. Anyone has any question just let me know.

yeah it was alot of fun....we have a few different things we are going to do this year to try and make it more enjoyable for everyone!!

yeah thats ok, not everyone is willing to help out and we understand that, but o'reillys did sponsor us for the trophies and will be doing it again this year so we really cant complain about them...

Ok everyone here is and update on this show!!!
This is just a sample flyer for right now untill we get all of the sponsors together and all of there logos in order. we still know its a long time out but need to just keep reminding everyone to save the date!!

hell yeah we like pedal bikes, we ended up having about 10 pedal last year. There even is a bicycle catagorie with a trophie even so bring them out.....bicycles are $5 to register instead of $10.

Alright everyone, here is the final product for this years show. Our goal for this year is to double what did last year in everything. Double the cars, double the donations. double the activites. we already have double the parking we did last year lol so thats a start. here is the flyer with all the sponsors on it, we got alot of sponsors this year.

We will also be setting up a fundraiser account threw gate city bank once it gets closer to the show so if some of you still want to help out and donate but dont have the time to come to the show then that is also a way you could help out.

well everyone the show is less then 3 weeks away. there is alot going on this year. more trophies, door prizes for enterants. 25% off coupons for the enterants for there meal for the day of the show. Dunk tank, jalapeno eating contest (for adults) pie eating contest (for the kids) inflatable jump house and lots of other fun small activites! hope to see everyone out there!!!!

If any luck the car will be together - maybe I'll hit this Saturday and the track Sunday then.
