I guess i just dont see whats so great about seeing your windows next to each other. I dont know the technical differences as i could really care less, but they sure do like to pimp that side by side thing

There is a lot of new improved things,
controlling multiple monitors is way easier, among other productivity shortcuts.
            Also,
            Startup is WAY faster...
            google "windows 7 tricks"
Its basically making windows as fast to navigate as OSX, but not having to pay 2 grand for a decent laptop.

This i would use quite a bit, as i am often comparing 2 things, or reading a few things a once and it would be nice not have to continue to switch back and forth.

You realize you can install a ported version of x86 OSX on damn near any "windows" laptop? Once Apple made the switch to intel hardware, the only difference became the aesthetics of the cases, and the software. Hell, theres probably a good chance theres a write up with your specific laptop on the internet on how to install OSX.

This is also the reason I think it is foolish to spend $2k on a laptop you can buy from Dell for $500 and install OSX on for free, or hell even after purchasing a license.

At first I did it for fun, then I realized I made the investment and had to do it!
