t3/t4 adapter flange

Ok so i have a 16g turbo and I'm picking up a shorty manifold with a t3/t4 hybrid flange.... so my question is if anyone knows if/or where i can pick up an adapter flange to make this combo. work. any advise would be great...

eh, thats quite a hard transition from rectangle to round inlet.
