Not sure if I've ever seen these cars before, or if they are "new" cars to the area?
Dark green S13 silvia coupe with FMIC, dark wheels that looked similar to FN10RC's over on 45th st and 94 area.
Black Kouki S14 with wheels, exhaust, and tint. Not sure if it had a FMIC because it was next to me, in Moorhead on 8th st so of 94.
