Seems like everyone outside of the Midwest expects some sort of gift from the government every now and then, like they were born entitled to something. Its ridiculous, 45% taxes are ridiculous enough...

A) I didn't take the city's traffic settlement money because I deserved the tickets I got.

ND has one of the lowest average individual incomes of any state, and we have a low population. Of course we don't remit a large pile of income taxes to uncle sam.
Basically, uncle sam screws with our economy to feed the entire planet and to park an asston of military capability in the exact center of North America.

I took the city settlement and I deserved the ticket that I received. The fact was that the city was charging more than was allowed by North Dakota.
