What does your driving record look like? If this guy called you in, you more than likely did do some sort of "reckless driving". It doesnt help that your a young kid driving a nice car, but random old guys don't usually pick out a random guy driving and decide. "HEY I'M GONNA GET GIT THAT DUDE A TICKET!".
3 or 4 years ago, I called a lady in for reckless driving as she was speeding and swerving through traffic in her GTP on main in WF with a child in the backseat going 75-80. When It came to court, she denied it, they looked at her rapsheet, and charged her with reckless driving, along with almost getting child endangerment(almost lost her kid). Point is, the court is not stupid. If the judge doesn't like you, he will find you guilty. I'm sure you could appeal it afterwards and get it dropped, but I would do your homework before you show up, and hope you dont have many traffic violations. -

You mean the dude that got that ticket a couple years ago for like 265mph on I35 while on his HC51?

Bah, I lost in court because of that. Now, they didn't write down a specific speed but I still lost that one.

Honestly...I think this may have been inevitable, I have noticed you quite a few times hauling ass through campus...well over the posted speed limit. Yes, I understand most people don't drive the 15 through campus, but I know a few times you had to have been going close to 30. Slow down and you won't have this problem.

NO...OBVIOUSLY you didnt read the whole thread, i've taken numerous traffic tickets to court, and ive sat thru many other court hearings.
I guarantee you that if this does go to court, and the guy shows up and eurofan doesnt have a lawyer, he will lose. -
I'm guessing you were doing something to get his attention, some random guy isn't going to pick a random car and decide to try to get him a ticket.
If it does go to court as said already, if you don't have a lawyer its his word against yours and more then likely they will side with him and you will get the ticket regardless.
If you want drive dumb and speed you gotta pay the price to do so, if you can't do so without bitching, quite driving like a jackass.

35-45 > 30.. You deserve the fucking ticket u dumb shit... u were speeding, therefore you should get a ticket... u don't like it then don't speed...

i had a conditions/care required ticket go to court. Cop never got a fix on me.
During examination, I made the cop admit that I was going UNDER the speed limit, going slower than he was, and that nothing i did was illegal, and that the only thing that might have been a safety concern was something he was worried i "might" do but that he actually did (enter a lane that might have had oncoming traffic).
But it doesn't matter. It's not justice, its not right or wrong, its the people in power reminding you that they are in power.
Lawyers have bought into the maintenance of the state's monopoly on violence. So they get a pass.
Get a lawyer and you'll be fine. Self defend and it's a crap shoot.
