Out of curiousity, what have you done with the oil to test if it is good or not? Did you do some aggressive road course driving, followed up by some oil samples sent off to Blackstone or some place similar for analysis? If there is a cutting edge oil that I am not aware of, I would really like to know more! Fact is, you read all over the internet (when not stalking womenz), then follow follow follow what you read. You find something that will work and is CHEAP, and it is the next sliced bread.

Don't get it twisted, I am not crying because you don't want to buy ENEOS. I really truly don't care, but you spout out a lot of info that rarely has any depth, and typically is carbon copied from a thread off one of 3-4 forums you frequent.

I'm with Jason on this one. He and I use different oils (he uses ENEOS and I am an AMSOIL person) but I agree with what he is getting at.

Good - Cheap - Oil....you can only have 2 of those options.

LOL. god i missed some epic posting last night. i may just ask jim to sticky this thread so once these two break up we can log another 12 pages.

LOL at me changing oil. id love to compare W2's sometime with either of you. what is the going wage for a volunteer car "model"? from what i understand youre "photos" dont really go anywhere but facebook OR some gentlemens spank bank, then even your freinds hate on you about it lol. i bet the tax i pay is bigger than your paychecks.

LOL also at me "losing" an amazing girl. she was amazing but im also grown up enough to know when somethings not working. i moved on and i have a girlfriend whom i treat like a queen. but i guess i can afford to do that cause im a big kid. and i dont have to do a bunch of faggy homo shit like draw hearts in the snow and buy quarter machine promise rings for.

Again, my point of my post was NOT crying about Faber not buying ENEOS or the stab at it with the "$10+" comment, but rather the fact that he continually posts info about things he typically has no first hand knowledge about... I'm better now 🙂

There is nothing wrong with eneos. In fact it is a great oil. I have used eneos before(engine and gear oils), and still use it in my tranny and diff in my WRX. When looking at synthetic gear oil, eneos is hands down the best choice(as long as it can be used in the application) not only in the quality of the oil, but also look at the pricing between eneos and Redline, Royal Purple, or others. I have swapped eneos into the transmissions of both of my WRX's and I have notice after which there was a noticeable improvement in the smoothness/ease of shifting. So, I guess I have some first hand knowledge when it comes to eneos.

Believe it or not, I do somewhere have a Blackstone analysis for oil that was in my car from when i first got the car. The car has running Pennzoil synthetic at the time. It came back with outstanding results. I have not even though about sending another batch in, let alone doing it for all the other brands of oil on the market. I'll admit it, I am a broke college kid and don't want to spend my money on it. I am sure someone, somewhere has done oil analysis of oil X vs. oil Y vs. oil Z.

I guess in my opinion probably 95% and maybe even of people will never notice the improvements or potential benefits of running one synthetic oil, over another. Unless there is a case of an oil that burns off quickly(Mobil 1). Even more so when most of our vehicles are daily drivers and will never see the hardcore abuse, minus a select few that frequently see track or racing use, where the extremely high quality oils will shine through in various ways. But, that is my opinion. Right now in my opinion is the Shell is an awesome oil for the cost(I will admit it, cost is a factor in the choice) and I have had very good results with it from what I can tell in both of my cars. I am also positive that there are thousands of others that are happy with the oil, just like there is for other brands of oils.

No point in wasting 10+ a quart on other stuff.

Soooo then spending $10+ on ENEOS and other brands of top line oils really wouldn't be considered 'wasting' money? It wasn't the fact that you choose a different oil, but rather that you were speaking about how spending good money on oil was a 'waste', when that is far from the truth and simply just fit your scenario because you were budget conscious (which is fine and understandable).

LOL at me changing oil. id love to compare W2's sometime with either of you. what is the going wage for a volunteer A "model"? from what i understand youre "photos" dont really go anywhere but facebook OR some gentlemens spank bank, then even your freinds hate on you about it lol. i bet the tax i pay is bigger than your paychecks.

                                    HAHA
You know nothin about it so what makes you think you can flap at the jaw about it.

so what if she doesnt get paid to car model. she didnt volunteer to be a car model, each of the last 2 years she was ASKED to model. this year alone 3 differnent clubs asked her to model for them. and she was asked to do a show in canada too. and since that show there has been at least 10 photographers in Canada contacting her and a monthly basis. She and all the other girls do it for fun. 3 of the GA models got chances to do several professional photoshoots where they each got paid close to $75 an hour. So ya when she chooses to do a shoot she gets paid very well. And as for her putting them up on facebook, who gives a fuck. If you dont like them so much dont fuckin look you fag. Her pics are up and a couple professional model sites where she gets offers to be flown all of over the country FOR FREE to take a couple pics. not a bad HOBBY, that she GETS PAID FOR if you ask me. She doesnt do it for a full time job. If she gets an offer and has the free time to do it, she does it and makes hundreds of dollars in a matter of 3 hours. Can YOU make $250 in a couple hours be a complete douche bag? didnt think so, but im sure if people got paid for it youd be pretty well off. She gets paid cash so its just money in her pocket, for sumthin she likes doin. Whats so bad about that?

Big kid huh? youre right, youre so much bigger then me and so much more mature with your job i couldve done when i was 14.
But what do i know, i dont change oil for a living. And yes i can afford to treat Chelsea very well, i buy lots of things for her. its my money and i CAN choose what i buy with it and how much that item cost. But the ring thing again, obviously you cant read worth a shit. Its the ring SHE WANTED, price DIDNT MATTER TO HER as long as it was the one she liked. i couldve bought a way more expensive ring. But what would be the point of doin that knowing she might not of liked it? Sorry, but if im gunna spend that much money, im gunna get what will be worth it to her. but i guess that makes me cheap cuz i have a girlfriend who values thoughts more then money. Im a bad person cuz she wanted the cheaper ring that meant more to her then the more expensive one.

As for the heart thing, yea i did it. OH NO
she was in Pracs for a week over Valentines day. I did sumthin i thought she would like and apperciate. And guess what, she did. But im immature for being thoughtful for her. hmm. lots of girls have told me since then that they wish their men would do stuff like that.

my relationship is different from yours, i dont say yours is wrong do i?

Nevermind Aj, you cant afford to do that cuz you had to get Laceys promise ring out of a quarter machine like i did. the same quarter machine even.
