There ya go JN. Print off pictures of these stands the guys have been posting up, hang them up in your garage, and be done with it.

If you cant figure out how to make the mount plate fit any motor then you shouldnt be putting your motor on a stand. Take it to someone with an IQ over 10.

What kind of aftermarket parts are available for these engine stands? If I replace all the bolts in them with arp hardware will it add more horsepower?

Yes about 32hp and 88wtq with arp only

I heard you can get tein strut body for the lift part actually. I have heard that transfers about an easy 16 hp.

On a dynojet maybe, more like 11 or 12 hp on a mustang dyno...duh
