Yeah usually when Microsoft says they are going to do something a certain way it usually ends being what they said. This won't be like the Wii because Nintendo cut corners to cut costs....Microsoft knows its more hardcore, they will do it right no matter the price point.

I don't like the fact of not holding something in your hand when your playing... like the driving game for instance... it would feel weird to hold your hands like that for an extended period of time.

Also, I don't see how they will make that skateboarding game work. Other than a few simple moves, unless you are on an actual skateboard, ankle/foot movements are so similar, how would it ever be able to pick up on that? they have a hard time making good skateboarding games with controllers...

        no race car? becuz homeowner...

ps. Heard they are unveiling a new slim, WiFi integrated, 250GB 360 today as well...

$299 for the 250gb w/ Built-In 802.11N. It will be in stores by weeks end.

Kinect is $149, $399 w/ Elite Bundle. Seems kind of pricey.

Pricey? They are the exact same price as a 360 if you bought it today.

That was kinda bad ass when they were announcing it and was like "Oh and when will you be able to see these new 360's?....Well we shipped the to retailers today."

And to add insult to injury on us that missed out on E3...they fucking gave them away to everyone that was in the auditorium. Fuck.

I mis-typed $399 w/ Elite Bundle. I was talking about Kinect / Natal. $149 is pretty steep for a peripherial.
