I saw him fucking around one day on 13th Ave near 45th. Was talking to someone in an Eclipse, but wasn't sure if they were "friends" or arguing. They drove side by side holding up traffic as they talked, then the Eclipse sped off, and he changed lanes to follow, damn near drove right into the rear end due to not paying any attention to his shitty driving.
